  • Developed a comprehensive dashboard design to provide real-time visibility into the performance of all mainframe systems involved in the post-trade process, enhancing decision-making improvement to all stakeholders.

Large Cap Investment Banking Firm

  • Conducted an in-depth peer benchmarking analysis and a comprehensive baseline study for 2nd Line of Defense oversight, focusing on resourcing, processing, and tooling.

  • Developed actionable recommendation reports to strengthen the client’s Cyber and IT oversight, based on data-driven analysis and industry insights.
